Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, the jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Please keep the original packaging, tags, certificates, and included accessories.

To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Where damage or a defect was not caused by the customer, EMBED will cover the return shipping cost. Where damage was caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost, and the item may not qualify for a refund. We will review the circumstances before making a decision.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, email [email protected]. Exchanges depend on availability. We will confirm the available options and provide return instructions.

Order Cancellation and Shipping Costs

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the amount you paid.

If the order has already been dispatched and you request a change-of-mind return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will explain the shipping costs already incurred and confirm the return shipping arrangements and proposed refund amount with you before you send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you with our decision. For an approved return, EMBED will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
