Design Concept: “Serene Twin Orchids”
Inspired by a single blossom beneath the eaves on a clear autumn day.
Four petals catching the light, a single drop of dew suspended—
The design seeks to capture that fleeting moment in an Eastern garden: the shadow of a flower cast upon the ground on a sunny autumn afternoon.

The upper section is shaped with four petals—neither sparse nor crowded—embodying the tranquil grace of a flower blooming and falling naturally.
Fine veins are chased onto the petal surfaces, allowing the gold itself to breathe:
As light falls, it travels inch by inch along these delicate lines.

At the heart of the flower rests a round diamond, held gently by four prongs.
It is modest, never stealing the spotlight.
It simply adds a touch of white to the expanse of warm gold,
Like a hint of moonlight cradled in the flower’s center, instantly drawing the eye.

A deliberate gap is left between the flower and the gemstone.
This is no oversight; it is a space for the piece to breathe.
With every movement, the yellow crystal sways gently—
It is the breeze that makes the petals seem truly alive.

The pear-shaped yellow crystal below serves as the soul of the piece.
The pear shape was chosen to capture the beauty of “suspension”:
Tapered at one end and rounded at the other, it resembles a natural droplet forming at the base of a flower.
Its golden hue is perfectly balanced—neither too deep nor too pale—
Evoking both sun-drenched osmanthus blossoms and the soft glow of the late afternoon sun.
As light enters the stone and radiates outward from within,
The gem itself comes to life.

The setting uses only two prongs at the base, avoiding any enclosing rim or wrap.
The simpler the setting, the more the stone can express its true nature.
There is no desire to frame it in metal; the aim is simply to let it exist and shine on its own.

Worn at the chest, it feels like a line from an old poem.
Still, it is a flower; in motion, it is light.
